Sacred Feminine Journey: Lower Mustang & Muktinath
Walk the ancient paths of fire.
Through the hills of Lower Mustang and the sacred site of Muktinath, women move through landscapes that have held devotion, ritual, and feminine power for centuries. Sky caves for meditation sharpen clarity and awaken inner knowing. Every step, every breath, every ritual draws you closer to your own inner fire and expanded consciousness.
Led by Shama, an Inner Fire Yoga guide, this pilgrimage is an immersive journey in nature. Women are supported in discovering a steadier, more intuitive connection to their feminine essence.
Daily practices of Inner Fire Yoga and Qigong bring the body, breath, and energy into alignment, allowing the land, the mountains, and the sacred spaces themselves to awaken what has always been within you.
More than a retreat. It is a return to yourself. To your Shakti.
